Banana Ice Cream

5 bananas, frozen overnight  (if bananas are very ripe, you may skip the freezing and defrosting step)
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
¾ c. corn syrup
1 ½ c. heavy cream

 

 

Defrost bananas for ½ hour.  Peel and cut into 2” sections.  Process with lemon juice and vanilla for 15 seconds in food processor until smooth.  Add corn syrup.  Start processor and drizzle in cream until smooth.  Refrigerate overnight until thoroughly chilled.  Put in ice cream machine to freeze.
